      Showroom they say we only take bookings deliveries are done by back office ! back office has no idea at all i am not calling this guys till this month end now will see after that

                  I saw one RC390 in my office building today, looks OK. If all one is looking for is commute bike then D390 is better IMO.

                      Guys, I have been given 2 options in terms of insurance.

                      One: covers 95%
                      Two: Bumper 2 bumper.

                      I am planning to go for the second one. Just wanted to know if anybody here knows what is NOT covered in the b2b insurance?

                        Bumper to bumper means zero depreciation.. correct me if I'm wrong but it covers everything.. all parts of the bike and no deprecation..

                        In normal, they deduct some value as depreciation.. so in case of a crash, let's assume the cost of repairs is 10,000 and the depreciation is 50%, you will get only 5000.. it excludes glass.. glass is always given 100% irrespective of the time..

                          Whatever you have explained about the B 2 B thing, that's exactly what I have heard, sans the depreciation part of it. Anyone can through some light on that please?

                            I had claimed insurance for car a year back. They told that I should pay 2000 anyway for claim and the remaining will be covered under insurance. Total amnt claimed was 89000. There was no depreciation for fiber parts. However I was told that no depreciation policy will be valid only for first 3 years, after that the insurance company will decide whether to extend it or not. I think conditions will be same for bike.

                            Insurance was from national insurance company.

                                Are you taking insurance through showroom guys? I was quoted 5900 for No depreciation (oriental) insurance from showroom for RC390. When enquired at oriental insurance they quoted 4400 for the same.
