    Booked RC 390 two days back, dealer confirmed delivery by 21st oct.

    Thanks to all members as all of you have helped me home on the bike to buy, i know duke was as per my requirement but heart was on RC.

    But now can anybody guide me regarding checklist before taking delivery, still 20 days to go but want to have ready reckoner and buy helme n gloves to BE RACE READY

      WHAT!!!! CONFIRMED!!!! You mate; are the first person to say so with a date.. Congratulations!!!

      I've heard of broken fenders & loose nuts & bolts from the dukes.. you can check those.. check whether the battery, coolant, engine oil levels are good.. check whether the bike is starting.. whether the radiator is working.. if you get one of the bikes like the kolkata inauguration one.. lucky you..

      I've been Looking at SPG here for jacket, a good looking decent helmet and a nice pair of gloves..

                This MT helmet looks cool. Can you comment on built,comfort and price. I wish its available in orange too.
                Ls2 voltage is north of 5k.

                  ok there is a mt axxis model with white-orange-grey-black. you can check that out at lets gear up, bangalore online, calls or in person. they are pretty helpful.
                  cost me 4600 which includes shipping.
                  i would say inner padding is very good.
                  built is sturdy and that clear coat on the helmet is flawless.
                  regarding fit i would say its true to the size chart mentioned. i have a 56 cm head and the medium which the chart said will fit 56-58 cm fits me well!
                  overall a very desirable product at a very affordable price.
                  though how comfy will it be in day to day riding is unknown to me as i dont ride any bike now and can only comment when the rc comes home!

                          yes thats a mt axxis geo 3 black/white!
                          the blade has a more rounded shell.
                          great for touring but a lil less aerodynamic thats all.
                          but have heard quality wise its brilliant and the orange/matt black on the spg site looks smashing! you should take a look.
