There's a closed group in fb where all the owners of 200 & 390 are added.. Those folks have already started getting their bikes..

Now I'm frustrated.. Come on.. 390 is all everybody talking about.. Deliveries of 390 started.. The display came on the day of the launch..

I think that people and company forgot that it doesn't exist.. Is this some joke..? KTMs gotta answer this to me!!!

Oh BTW this thread says that deliveries October.. However I am not able to find the source.. Anyone..??

Yes, KTM RC390 FB page said,kerela,bhopal got 1 bike each.
Dunno how they got to know about it?

I can confirm with Bhopal.. that guy is posted two pics over the FB group.. he is getting 30kmpl.. however I doubt that..

Just on one side.. right side.. both sides will look ugly!!

It will be a very bad idea...since they do not help much the purpose for which they will be installed and it would make ur bike look super weird.

Actually, I don't think so.. you see buses that have small mirrors to their left side where the ladies get up & down?? something like that. however, that mirror is extremely vital for the driver.. maybe small but it's important coz it's the only thing that tells the driver what's on the left side.. have you seen the images with some fairing bikes with those..? people with RC8 also fitted those on them.. and it doesn't actually spoil the looks.. that's why I said only to my right side.. not both sides..

after riding ktm rc 390 all i can say that its a beautiful and fast motor-bike. its better for rider who is 5ft10 inch+ cause of the super sport seating. go ...

On topic.. I think that there is no grip for the pillion for the under seat grabs.. Any idea how to rubberize or make it grippy..?? Soft plastic is not good and people with sweaty hands will have nightmare...

I sat as a pilion too, on a 390 of course ;-)

And I would say, they provide good grip but.... When it's a monster like rhe 390 pulling... The 'grabbing' needs all your concentration & strength to hold on to it!

As earlier said, this is a bike for girlfriends not best friends. So u need to grab the rider not the bike. The pillion grab handles on duke and on RC are useless and at best for show. On paper tgey are great but They serve no real purpose in real life

any way to rubberise them?? like a rough paint coating or something that makes the area grippy and rough like rubber?? maybe stick rubber there or something..

Try instead a coat of spray on rubber foam. Yes its a thing. Its hard to find but if you get it then nothing like it bro. Also you could try covering the spaces with some rubber pads thin ones. Mybe that'll work
