Who buys a bandit?? It can't even reach 300kmph even with that big engine. And it looks like a grandpa on steroids. Haven't seen a bandit ownership till now 😒Originally posted by Satyamzma View Post4 wheels move your body, 2 wheels move your soul .

I would love to buy one. It got ABS too with the last update in 2014.Originally posted by Jagzxbhp View PostWho buys a bandit?? It can't even reach 300kmph even with that big engine. And it looks like a grandpa on steroids. Haven't seen a bandit ownership till now 😒
It's the best tourer south of 12 lacs.
And it has a center stand too.
Trust me, when you have all the torque produced at 3700 odd RPM, you'll forget 300 kmph.Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

All the torque at 3700rpm 😨, damn , must be having a longer stroke or low rpms like 8-10k max I guess 😛. And bro touring in such a heavy bike?? Highway cruising OK but touring?? How can one tackle our good village roads with a tank of a bike??Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostI would love to buy one. It got ABS too with the last update in 2014.

Except muddy trails and treacherous off road, this is a go anywhere bike.Originally posted by Jagzxbhp View PostAll the torque at 3700rpm 😨, damn , must be having a longer stroke or low rpms like 8-10k max I guess 😛. I already handle a 160 kg truck, with luggage and tankful petrol, it hits 180+.
I would be more worried about the power bump coming from a ZMR though.Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

I think Bandit is the most practical liter class bike for India. Forget about 300, we don't even have safe roads to maintain 200 for longer than few minutes.Originally posted by Jagzxbhp View PostWho buys a bandit?? With max torque at 3700 RPM, you don't need to rev hard to enjoy its power.Look at its seat - its comfortable even for pillion which is rare among superbikes.
Riding stance is also confortable. Looks are subjective but I think it looks decent. Plus you can park it safely in public places, people wont tamper with it :P
For someone like me, who enjoy the character of Karizma, Bandit is dream bike to upgrade.

Here's the India-assembled Hayabusa. With saree guard and mindblowing front number plate holder.
That number plate holder up front...
Looks horrible.

I bought a Bandit giving away a Busa. Bandit is the most practical and comfortable tourer in the 1.3L class. Ride the bandit once, you will understand and it does 225+ effortlessly . Its a Torque machine and you can keep riding it the whole day whole week, do that on a Busa and you will land up on the physiotherapist's bed.Originally posted by Jagzxbhp View PostWho buys a bandit??
