Today I went to soniya motors in bhandup for test ride of mojo and sales person told me that the on road Mumbai price will be 191900 rupees .

I don't know the exact cost of tax for Mumbai .
Yes , he seemed pretty sure about the price as he have given me the quotation in written .
I was expecting it to be some where around 1.6-1.7lac .

It has 2* 55 watts H17 Philips bulbs .
Both the bulbs works as upper and dipper simultaneously.

No, not at all! its one of the best handling touring bikes in the market, mojo needs more USP than just bigger engine and specs to establish itself as a player, hence my query

All the above info are true... I booked my vehicle and getting these free goodies...

And a ride organized by Mahindra. Next weekend. Ride won't be in the newly delivered vehicles.. It will be in Mahindra test drive vehicles probably which they used for media review I guess..

Yes I finally got an email from Mahindra and it mentions the aforementioned 3 points along with the ride invite. Now I'm waiting for the price.

I went to Alfa motors, Domlur to see the Red color bike which is on display.
Mahindra will be offering some sort of removable db-killers, either as an accessory or perhaps we can remove the db-killers from the stock exhausts, I am not clear which. But without the db killers the bike (on display here) sounds great! Really deep bass from the dual pipes and one can always pop the db-killers back in (they are secured by a single screw at the exhaust tip) if the noise gets too obnoxious while touring.

Also, I read rumours about panniers and bag carriers as accessories. Anyone has info?

Isn't that illegal in India to have different dB limits for a stock production bike? Bangalore cops have been busting legal SBK owners with stock exhausts because their bikes make more than 84dB which apparently is the upper limit for motorcycles in this country as per the stupid cops. How did the ARAI or whatever homologation centre allow this?

The Db-killers can be removed in the SVC without voiding warranty, but will not be considered street legal! This is as per the company official i spoke with.

He also confirmed that panniers and tank bags will be sold soon. And later on cheaper tyres as well!
