Some nice insights tanay, now thats some concrete news on the price and specification. Concrete, because it being shared by an xbhpian and not some bloke from paid media.Originally posted by tanay View PostOk boys...today I got to ride a pre-production Mojo at a Mahindra dealership in Whitefield and I quite liked it. I was on the lookout for a comfortable seating position and enough power to do a 100-110 all day..........
Do we have a killer product to wash out duke babies ?

Ok so the shift light is at 8.5K rpm as informed to me (i never hit 8.5k rpm though i did hit ~130 km/h) so I don't know if its the redline as well.Originally posted by xplod566 View PostNice review. Congrats bro.hope to see your ownership review very soon.

Exhaust note is quite bassy and is conspicuous when accelerating, not so much when cruising at steady speeds. The exhausts have some deceleration crackle and pop and that sounds really nice.
As for the weight it is felt, more so than the old P200 that I own. But is very stable when blasting down the highways.
Yes i don't quite understand how the Mahindra marketing machine is working here - no adverts of any sort. I just put in my contact details in the website that went live and was contacted by the Whitefield showroom. It so happened that I was already in that area at a friend's house and so could drop in 5 minutes after their call.200 | 300 | 1200 BOXER

Congrats on the purchase. Wishing you that you will get a great product as XUV500 in the bike's form.
When I see you sitting on the bike in the picture, I am feeling that there is very less space for the pillion. What do you think?
About the torque, will it pull good with pillion?
I'm also wondering why does it need two exhaust. Does it do any good functionally other than adding weight?

I usually occupy a lot of space on any bike - see this pic and notice how far away I am from the tank -
I think that the pillion will have adequate space - not as much as a regular commuter motorcycle but not as little as say a FZ or a Duke. Also, the entire seat is vvery well padded and should be quite comfortable.
During the long test ride, there was a person from the showroom with me as pillion (I was alone during the city test ride) and there seemed to be no noticeable difference in the bike's behavior. I think this will handle a pillion just fine as it has plenty of torque.
About the exhaust I honestly don't know, I'd have preferred a single or maybe a Duke-style underbody one. Even the showroom people did not know.200 | 300 | 1200 BOXER

Now here's hoping my parents don't get too angry on me getting a second bike...
This exaxtly what Pulsar CS should've been all along. Not that I care anymore TBH. I'm getting one in January(just so that the RC says 2016). How much is it anyway?

Showroom guy says 100% below 2 lakh on-road Bangalore (which has the highest road tax) but I'm thinking 1.5 to 1.7. Lets see on the 16th of Oct.Originally posted by HyperRetard View PostThis exaxtly what Pulsar CS should've been all along. Not that I care anymore TBH. I accept you (as you are) | WordReference Forums
For me the phrase "I accept you (as you are)" carries *all* of the following meanings: I respect you (as you are); I don't/won't judge you arbitrarily; I won't reject you (for any reason); I affirm your worth (as a human being); you are welcome here (in my life); I willingly offer you all the mercy & compassion you deserve (as a human being); I care about your well being; I am your friend (no matter what); I reaffirm our friendship.

Re: Mahindra Two Wheelers unveils Mojo Motorcycle logo: xBhp News
In simple English, "I wont judge you (for that)" means I dont blame you for doing what you are doing.
In this context, it means that you are well within your right to wait for the CS. I dont actually have an opinion to pass about it. But if you want to construe and twist and turn my post into a manner which suits your interests, well, you may do so. Thats what the entire TV Media in this country does, and nobody does anything to them.
And as for my post, I *OPENLY CHALLENGE* anybody who has a good command over English Language(someone who does this for a living preferably, like a grammar teacher) to prove that that there was even an iota of malice in my post. I *DOUBLE DARE*
