Re: Tokyo Motor Show 2015: Honda Launches CBR400R , looks sick!!!

Bike looks great. Pricing would be important though. India is a very price sensitive country. Right from potatoes and onions to superbikes(no offense - I myself have been doing the grocery and the visits to the mandi since the last 16 years)!
Quality comes at a price. I'm sure if CBR400R is ever launched in India, from the day the pricing is announced, people here will start comparing this with other bikes in the same power band and complain abut the pricing. But not all think about how a 5-6 year/ 80-100K old Honda/Yamaha/Kawa will be as compared to their more vfm counterparts. But again, every product has its own buyers.
If Honda can price it in a range which is not too far from R3, we have a very good prospect here. But again it comes down to whether and when Honda will launch it in India!
A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

Don't think so. Be wrote it almost 3 times. And why would anyone change every part of the bike in just 35000 kms.

Absolutely none taken; just asking out of curiosity, where do you ride so much? Do you come to South or NE ofte or just ride around DL so much?

I was not trolling you at all, if it felt like that. I am sorry for that.

The entire curiosity was on the 350k kms which came down to 210 odd kms a day. It has been taught to us that "seeing is believing", hence I asked for a pic in the earlier post.

          Cheers,
          Sanjay

Looks great, even better than the 500R but have no doubt this will never come to India. Actually they might probably make way for the 300R next year to replace 250R.
