It's not about the speed of the crash but the fact that ISI standards are not up to the mark to ECE, Snell or DOT standards.
Hence, ISI will always be inferior to these international certifications.

If you are talking about speed limit, then none.. But if you are talking about roads. Then yes, there are roads where the speeds are not sufficient.. But it is the matter of risk and safety..

Yes, You are correct. We are the first and last person to take care of our safety. Some people think like they are the expert drivers who can survive without RVM, crash guard and helmet. Or helmet is not required for a ride at short distance etc. Remember, If you are not the person who made the accident, you should be alive to blame others.

Only the right to select Vehicle-Insurance firm is rational, rest are irrational. We'll see about that in two quarters.

that's not right, find a better way to catch the morons.

Keep free helmets at home for occasional pillions.

Just another business tactic from the local helmet manufacturers to boost their sales.
Do you think helmet lobbyists penetrated Kerala Assembly?

People who bought second helmets for pillions ended up wasting money and only the helmet manufacturers won here.
Perhaps traffic police in plain clothes might catch more offenders.

Most idiotic one of the above laws. We need to find simpler solutions.

            You're right on track there.
Perhaps show some road accidents videos while films/serials like Dhoom are being relayed on TV right in the middle of chasing sequence!

            cheers

It's not like as you understood. The 'Bluetooth facility in the vehicle' should be auto deactivated when the vehicle is running.

Which two-wheeler has bluetooth !!! I think the signal-jammer makes more sense ... in a way
When I'm on the road, I'm indestructible. No one can stop me... but they try.

It's not about two-wheeler dude. In the English news papers it is written wrongly as Two-Wheeler. It was announced by Transport Commissioners Tomin Thachankari. He is very well aware of the new technologies as he own an audio company also. It is nowhere mentioned in Malayalam news paper as Two-Wheeler. It's all about the 4 wheeler vehicles which is having Blue-Tooth connectivity.
