    NEWS: Truly Yamaha

    I saw the newspaper this morning ans was surprised to see a yamaha ad! No pictures of bikes but a half page ad with some praises for yamaha.. and the url

    they talk about change in the company's image from July 7th, though on visiting the website all i saw was that hey were launching the Fazer (yeah the 125cc bike) on that day

    But i feel that this marks a change in the Company's vision for India and more is in store

    yeah saw the ad - the Fazer is the ugliest bike now - if you though Libero was bad , this is the new "uggghhhhlyyyy" benchmark .

    There are soem bikes which some think are ugly and some think are nice , like MV Agusta Brutale , or BEnelli TNT . But Fazer125 ? I doubt no one except 80-year old granny will find it close to nice .
    Man will occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of the time he will pick himself up and continue on.

      i saw fazer in auto expo delhi it looks so....... i mean dont like the head light

        hey, WTF man, I mean I was browsing the site of yamaha, and it says that the RX135 2 ST is available in delhi for 41k ex showroom... I didnt know RX135 was still in production!!!
        When u see a SPECK on the horizon and SMELL BURNIN\' RUBBER...Know this:- I JUST PASSED BY...

          fazer, well, i never kinda assosiated it to the budget conscious segment. More upmarket, i used to think. Yamaha, ploy failed.

            well guys with all due respect.. the idea i intended to convey was a bit different.. agreed that the Fazer is not a looker..
            but Yamaha india doing an imaga makeover, that to me is more important
            the idea that it undertands that it needs to change and bring in better bikes makes me more happy and eager

              rx 135 5speed is stopped plus now there is a new version of 4 speed avg increased avg decreased power(sucks)
              i ahve 5 speed 2002 model it rocks but not in production anymore

              now new rx has new colur and new meter

                so the one in the market is the 4speed 2st version??? Man that's news... but I thought govt had banned 2 st selling coz of pollution norms???

                  No I have seen a lot new 135 in bangalore. The bike looks goood. But have not test rode to check the power.
                  I HAVE ONE SIMILARITY WITH THE SUN ,THE SOURCE OF ALL POWER ON EARTH...............
