Looks like jenim... just let the cat among the pigeons and then decided to fly himself! Come on buddy, tell us where u got the info of the Fazer 250 from. I dont believe that Yamaha can afford to launch a 250 right now simply because they just dont have the cash reserves to afford mass producing an expensive bike that will most certainly have low volumes in the market.
Apart from this, please people, I used to think that Xbhpians used some semblance of grey matter before posting. But I am absolutely apalled to see the posts that this topic has thrown up! I agree with the enthusiasm about expecting a hyper-bike, but everyone is going absolutely bonkers! It's almost as if nobody wants to even use their God given brains before expecting the R1/R6 to arrive!

Hey i kindda with you M Dudeja on this. When they cannot produce a bike to appeal to the masses (Fazer = Housefly) do you think they gonna risk there exisitence by launching the fazer 250. Come to think of it what will a F 125 guy think of yamaha " Damn they fooled me into buying a 125 when they were comming with a 250 " and what will the F 250 guy think " That smart elc 125 got away cheap - what i got is a bike which loooks the same housefly but i had to dish out like crazy."
Another thing to ponder about is the quality level of yamaha bikes - me thinks its on its way down. Anybody like to chip in (I think enticer guys gonna jump in here)

the price and specs are decent enough for a 125cc bike .. but whats with the HOUSEFLY LOOK!!! when will yamaha learn that what we expect from it are more performance bikes... not excuse of a performance bike Fazer 125.. what next R100 ( a downsized version of R1 with HUGE 100cc engine and headlamp that looks like a pigs head [

LOL no dude u hv not gone overboard coz the bikes which yamah has launched recently (e.g. the no samjhauta bike etc) i think they hv gone mad.. after giving gr8 bikes like rd350 & the rx100 they beleive indian consumer will buy anything which has yamaha sticker on it & an international name.. absolutely pathetic
