this is the brochure of the stunner sold in UK, the same has been launched here. Check the pics no tacho nothing. I am sure the same will be sold here. This one is gonna be a big big flop. 14K extra just for the FI, cant belive it.

I guess Honda feels if R15 can have such a high premium why not the stunner with FI. I wonder how much the upgraded unicorn is gonna cost

I seriously feel Honda makes great bikes but, stunner IMO should have been made more powerful around 180 or perhaps 200 cc and then bring in FI. Its design and handling will definitely go well with that engine capacity. As for the 125cc category they already have the 'Shine'

Except for the price that the story says honda will charge... I guess adding FI to a 125cc is a very good move... Now we can only be sure of the price when it comes... So Keeping that aside... I believe the addition of FI is a step in the right direction... It was tried by HH before but a lot a flaws in the FI saw sales being very low for the FI version... If Honda has already used the FI engine abroad then one can be sure that there wont be too many niggles... So how will FI help a 125cc??
Much better fuel efficiency than a carb engine... Fuel efficiency being the main reason why people buy 125cc bikes in India... If Glamour dint have the probs then it too was a really good package.. A bike that packed a good punch with mileage of around 75-80!!!
Forget about upgrade in power of the engine... If the bike is brought in with the same power as the existing version with better fuel efficiency and the looks that it has to offer then the bike will surely see good sales...

P.S: All this said not keeping in the mind the speculated 64k premium of the bike...

Lets face it! A common man cannot buy an imported (or similarly priced) sport/cruise bike coz the companies cannot sell it at affordable price. So if the quality of present bikes are improved, its a good sign.

OT- i just wish that our govt reduce or rather eleminate the import tax for the superbikes ..
me and i am sure many of us will go for a 600 or 1000 cc bikes ,,,

By bringing in Stunner with FI Honda is certainly cannibalizing its own product Shine. Guys I believe - Why not develop shine in the 125 CC segment and bring in a more powerful Stunner with Fi, twinspark and whatever , then it can command a premium...
