I cant believe it...I'm not getting it today..
My dealer called me up and said it's gonna be dispatched from Delhi today or tomorrow..still 4-5 days to go...Aaagrrhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

4-5 days... thats pretty bad... i know how you have felt.. i am waiting for it too.. I went to the PDI today and they informed me that unless they sell those 12-15 old lot bike.. the new lot will not be arriving any time around.. so am expecting at least 7-10 days...
Another thing that i want to ask you and all other members who knows about it... I want to know the price of new R15... coz even if there is increase in 600 Rs. as i read it somewhere... it will account to atleast 4-5 K extra over here... Now that Pulsar 220 DTSI costs only 70K ex-showroom.. i think its not a smart move to hike the price even there... It will definitely give some tough competition to it...I want to confirm as it is worth waiting for new lot bike or go for the old lot bike... I am eyeing for Black color..

Yeah true .. prices in Mum, Hyd(I guess) and Bangalore are the most in the country.

gotto say yamaha duznt bliev in ad campigns as much as bajaj guys do...

may be because this is not a major launch but a new colors/graphics upgrade .. and I have not seen any ad from any other bike maker too to publicize new colors

Karizma R??? Such a big sticker upgrade it was..of course they needed hrithik to publicize it.. :P

This is what difference between Yamaha & Bajaj....Bajaj use to create so much hype for little little things...

I'd really suggest you to wait for sometime because Yamaha has still not started providing the bikes to Indian showrooms on a full fledge. Only few bikes are being delivered for display sake. It's raining anyways so it isn't really that bad to wait. What say?

I had been to Perfect Riders today.. Saw the new black one.. Looks nice..

The yellow & red were in the godown though..

They have already started giving deliveries of the new colours..
The price is 1,12,350 OTR here.. Even the existing blue one (there is no NEW blue R15, per the owner) is now being sold at this higher price (old price was 1,11,400 OTR)..
Plus the new colours come with rim stripes on the alloys as standard..
The showroom owner also told me that the existing colours are being discontinued.. So that means an end to the Blazing Red, & the non-stickered Black..

....iam seeing a heck of alot blazing red nowdays...

Yeah! Agree with you about the no. of blazing red on the roads..

& IMO, it looks better than the new red.. I didn't quite like the new stickering job at all..

I just hope the body parts continue to be available readily for our blazing reds..

i hate the new red its way too flashy...stickering looks best in the black..

Hmmmm.. The new red looks too flashy in the pics.. The shade looks GIRLish to me..

Yet to see it in flesh though..
Ya.. But I'm sure they won't discontinue the body parts (atleast for next 2yrs), considering the blazing red has sold many numbers..
3795 for the speedo console! Why isn't it covered in warranty?
