in india we have many loop holes in our laws and regulations
18 can ride a bike but cant get married
21 can get marry can have kids but according to our govt he is still not mature enough to drink liquors

govt is always breaking its own laws and this is one of the eg

and by the way waise bhi licence lena india m is not a big deal like one of the xbhpian said all you need to do is take a activa for riding test and you get license which permits you to ride a superbike even

or if you can give some bribe you need not to ride that activa even

I would have appreciated if a child prodigy is granted a special license to ride under controlled environment rather than giving him a general license. I wonder how helpless a Police wala would feel when he spots a Kiddo riding specially MODIFIED bullet! The Policewala would stop him, so that he can challan or impound the vehicle and the kid would flash out his LEGAL driving license from his KG Class bag...and off he goes.....!! Sucks.....

Anything happens in India. My uncle once got a TRUCK LICENSE when he had applied and given tests for CAR LICENSE. That's the RTO Authorities for us who are supposed to make roads safer!!

Maybe one of the modifications on his modified bullet is extra 2 wheels on the side of the rear wheels as in the bicycles which 3-4 yr olds ride .. or maybe it has a sidecar... Lage Raho Munnabhaii.... Thats how he plans to stop it on the road and not fall in the process... If it is modified for his use, such modifications ought to be there..

P.S.: I got my car + bike license when I had applied for motorcycle w/o gear (when i was 16.5yrs).. but this is too much..
