      Was the judge out of his mind?? I think the minimum age limit of the judges have to be increased. How can a 3 year old have the maturity to drive a bike when a 3 decade old (assuming to be 30) judge doesn't have enough of it?

      And even the most uneducated and illiterate parents will never let their 3 yr kid to even ride a cycle without supporting wheels.

      I think the Judge(s) must be fired.

          That is my whole point. Does the kid understand what death is, what pain is. That is a part of riding or doing anything for that matter.

              This must be one of the most ridiculous things i have ever heard. Why should you even grant a license to a 3 year old who has no idea of what it means. This is all about cheap publicity as far as i can see. I would call this exploitation of an innocent child.
