It could be the 110 cc step thru, the Neo which TVS sells in Indonesia. It doesn't have a clutch and got rotary gears.

Hero Honda used to sell a similar product called the Street years back which also had a rotary gears (which allow the rider to flip directly from the fourth gear to neutral once the bike has come to a halt) without a clutch. Unfortunately the product did not get customer acceptance in India.

Ya.... The hero honda Street had this. I remember riding it once when my cousin had it. It had a TVS champ type of a feel to it coz of the open space on the bike below the handle. Felt something missing on my left hand while riding.
I always have a pillion when i ride. Its my guardian angel.

Not sure how they write such text. The Hero Honda Street was launched in India about 10 years back. It's original - the Honda Cub holds many records in sales (i.e. very very popular) in the East Asian market.

Automatic clutches and motorcycles that allow clutchless gearshifting are quite rare.

Are they really rare? I thought the East Asian market has many products with clutch less gear boxes.

hmmm... just yesterday evening I was thinking "Hope I had a HH Street so I'd have it so easy to ride in heavy traffic" and here comes news that TVS is almost ready with that technology

One guy owns the HH Street in my college. I used to wonder why didn't the bike have a clutch lever.
So which bike is TVS gonna bring up with this?

Check out the individual sites of the R15, Vixion and the T135 (Sniper)- Forged Piston, Diasil cylinder, Liquid Cooling is something common promoted on these sites.. even the shapes of the engine blocks look quite similar.

Its very much possible that the R15, V-ixion and the T135 (Sniper) might be based on a common platform.. it makes bloody good business sense as well.

                          ^^^

Add the R125 to that list. It is indeed a common platform.

The R15 was not planned for and came in very late. But see the variation in the purposes of these three bikes - R125, Vixion and the Sniper.... and then the R15 adds another dimension to it.
