We seem to have forgotten one more player in this niche sector. The kinetic K4. It came in similar variants as the kinetic n Y2K, i.e. the DX and ZX.

Still remember the ad, it had a nice soothing tune.

milao lamba safar hai, milke ham tair karega
Jag utha hai mushkile, Manzil pake rahege.

    Kinetic K4 apna.

EDIT: forgive the hindi spellings, i know alot of em arent ryt

Somehow i have got this feeling that this bike will find many takers but the crucial deciding factor will be the pricing and the actual on-road mileage. If bike accomplishes those two factors then this will surely do decent numbers to keep TVS happy!!

TVS to launch "Clutchless Gearshift Bike

A company in the uk already market a very succesfull clutchless system that can be retro fitted to to just about all bikes from Hayabusa`s down ,the system works by an autoblip system which blips the throttle on downshifts unloadind the gears and allowing smooth clutchless downshifts it is used on road and race bikes and by disabled riders, take a look at FlatShifter Performance Gear-Shifting and Automotive Products they also do electric push button gearshift and full throttle clutchless up gearshift systems.

Flatshifter in the UK have a total no input clutchless gearshift system that does not require any manual operation at all coming soon, The system works on proper bikes R1 Hayabusa etc etc not just silly little scooters an aftermarket fitment that will fit most bikes whatever the engine size . they are looking for new distributors, great for DISABLED riders as well.

I guess there is already a bike called TVS Jive which has no clutch lever but manual gear shifts.

Please don't bump up old threads like this. Damn! This is 2009's news. We have the Jive already.

It is happening quite often on Xbhp nowadays...
