I may be overreacting but why not tighten up the registration process?

    1. Any new member has to be interviewed by existing members at a G2G. Their behavior, riding skills and vehicle documentation can be inspected before we give them the nod.

    2. G2Gs are not xbhp financed/organized events and xbhp cannot be held liable for the actions of it's members during these events.

We're battling hard enough to keep our space on the roads...don't need more people working against us!

I agree with your second point, but first one is tough practically.....moreover I have also seen that if you wear proper safety gears and ride decently and you caught from some reasons, they cops are sure to stamp as a stunter and if media happens to be arnd that place they will brand you with any club name.......

Actually the morons are them, who are illiterate.....not all but a few and I am sick of tired of these

This might not be that feasible, but something like making Xbhp an invitation only membership could help. So all of us would have the collective responsibility to ensure that no crazy people are on board.

This is a very good way of getting authentic registration process ... only through invitation. Good Suggestion !

This is something which no one expect and should not happen.

But seriously saying there are many members on xBhp who perform illegal stunting, with xBhp logo on there bikes.

As Aryan Sir said it is impossible to track every individual's offline activities.

In this case maybe they are not members of this forum but

I think its high time to implement a set of rules in our biking world...xBhp never supports stunting or any unsafe riding in any way or anywhere...

let the mods take a step ahead and make all these kind of guys realise that being a part of xBhp is something like a pledge you take on while riding... and if its not everuone's cup of tea so neither xBhp is for everyone.... lets tighten up rules for registration..

its disheartening to see xBhp being insulted..it really pains... I hope the cops never give there bikes back to them...

I like the invitation only idea...

                Some other suggestions:

                1. Inactive members to be derostered - any member with less than 100 posts and inactive for more than 3 months to be de-registered from Xbhp.

                2. Threshold (number of posts / senior members only etc.) for who can send invites to new members. Those not falling in this category can write to a mod/senior member to have the invite sent out.

I'm not suggesting that we become an "exclusive" club...but I cannot see how we can prevent the media from having a field-day without taking tighter measures.

As it is - I am sure that in a more serious case, Sunny can consider legal action against the media channel for libel/defamatory published remarks. Maybe this case is serious enough...but that is a call for him to take.

xBHP means so much to me just like it does to all of us. I have learned so much here but of all the things that one learns, two stand out. One that you are a biker to yourself, Its not to be professed and second that biking has to be such a responsible art ... I don't know what kind of person would want to bring shame to xBHP by doing such silly things.

exactly we need some of these rules to be implemented, but members should not be terminated instead they should be on standby something so if they want to come back they have to take permission from mods to reactive there account

First thing, thanks to Sunny for confirming that they are not a part of xBhp. Wonder why they took the name in the first place. xBhp has never encouraged anything like this.

Well they might not be active members, may be that they might have accessed XBHP twice & thrice & attended 1 or 2 G2Gs & became a self proclaimed "XBHP" members.
As already suggested by someone, stringent registration process which should include DL no., Vehicle Regn no. And screening process not only to be done by Mods but all other members who are ready to take the responsibility. This may delay the registration process but am sure it's still the worth

i will really kill these 2 guys if i get hold of them...

why the hell they are telling that they are members of xbhp (when they are not ).. this may or has already been brought a bad name for this community, because the common mass wont see all these things and will blindly follow the news and will think that this community encourages these type of things.

In my opinion We should bring some awareness (anyhow) about this so that whatever pride we lost can be restored again...

well in my opinion following measures should be strictly taken up my mods as said in the above posts-
                              1) No member should be able to register w/o an invitation from any senior/active member/mods
                              2) Non active members who just registered should be tempreroly or permanently banned.
