Making the registration process strict is of no use. People who aren't even a member of this forum can claim to be a part of it. Isn't that what happened in this case ?

I'd say releasing a press statement by the mods of xbhp with english that might go over the head would be better.

I know all this because Rinku Bagga called me and said did you see the news paper,He is not my friend but we know each other because we have same bike mechanic unfortunately..
Police will ask : Who are you ? Where do you stay ? Show me your licence ? Your identity Proof ?

Why will Police ask Which Group directly ??

Probably he must have informed that our group was practicing for a show, then only this question would have been come in the interrogation ... if he has used XBhp's name, then it's absolutely wrong. No doubt in it ..

^Shivanshu, this is a website and an online community. When anyone signs up here he doesnt get any any authority to carry out actions on behalf of xBhp community. Whetaver actions (trips, photos etc) he takes is his own responsibility.

There are hundreds of such websites (Flickr) which do not extend into the 'real' world and therefore are not responsible for any one who might click some photos of a banned government facility and upload it to Flickr for everyone to see.

What Flickr and xBhp can do is take down the offending content (once it is reported) off their website and thats it.

By making registration process anything else than what it is right now wont serve any purpose and wont stop from disgraceful people like Rinku from doing their stupid acts.

You can only 'sign up' on xBhp by accepting the rules posted above, and once you do that you are bound legally by what is said in that text. This is the standard procedure the world over and which is only enacted in case of any legal requirements.

            Police asked:
            >Who are you ?
            they told there name

            >Where do you stay ?
            they told yammuna Bank

            > Police called there parents too

xBhp name directly came in mind because Skyscrapper was caught on expressway long time back.

True Xeno a press release would be beneficial in which even we can make sure that the same person gives his statement that I am not member of xBhp.

Sunny Bhai thanks for making me understand so clearly.. thanks bro

what is the use of banning them frm xbhp...what difference is this going to make yar?
a responsible member frm us would never have spoiled the name even if caught in this situation. I think this issue was raised before also when castrol zma was shown on television with a negative statement. You cannot stop anyone from flaunting a name(be it xbhp.com or anyother), this is something which depends on an individual. press conferences n all...are they gonna happen? Or do we have anyother solution to this? xbhp is a big name to which things lik these dont matter...though we can somehow contact those who print such articles and clear what d truth is.

Spot on! This is all is required atmost. There is no point in acting all haughty and exclusivist just as a reaction to something as trivial as this. Makes the forum look insecure.

                          This is ridiculous.........

                          Hi,
Even i read the news and thought of discussing this with the moderators ,
This is a serious issue as we are a worldwide known community so it can harm all of us in a way.
However i think this can be stopped by issueing id numbers and official stickers to the members and they have to stick them ( both the id and sticker) on their bikes so that once they are caught doing such stupid things we can identify and put a ban on them.

Liked your Idea of giving an Official ID no.

But I dont find it practically possible..

                            Err...Nothing bad in that..

It is discussed many a times in this thread what to do and what not to do

we can have 4-5 xbhpians from each state/city representing their state/city(like we hav monitors in class)..who will head other xbhpians in g2gs,,maintaining rules etc..

official id is also a great idea

ID cards, registration by invitation, personal interview by senior members ...... press statements.... banning, trashing... what not

If you were the owner of an online community, you wouldn't and couldn't do any of the above. its easier being on the receiving side.

Things like this must have happened and will continue to do so. unless and until there is a xbhp funded Al qaida camp running for stunters, we need not to worry. An online disclaimer is more than enough to save your shit in any legal matter. Peace
