lol...i know it is a speculation thread and i am telling the facts in the wrong thread...my bad
...hold on for a week and you will see yourself! I own a rtr 180 and I am excited to see new rtrs...tried taking snaps but my 3year old phone gave me haath...! If I had seen a roadside parked rtr hyperedge then i wouldnt have bothered to write about it here..I saw two rtr 160 hyper edge in the showroom and they were not yet registered...how could they as the bike itself is not released officially...

Dude, did you check if it had two spark plugs, if it has two spark plugs then it is the 3 valve head RTR. Dude, try to notice the engine block(head) next time. Bro I Dont know what Hyper Edge stands for ..I thought Its just a name..If any of you guys are in Bangalore you can go to Meghdoot showroom which is near mg road or close to fame lido mall...I didnt ask the sales guy much as the bike was 160 ...But I asked him about higher versions of rtr and he had no clue...i had gone their to get the number plate done for my dad's wego...I have their no if you guys want to enquire...08025594461,08025583399,08025596606...Th ese nos are printed on the tvs wego key chain!Comment

I thought of a new thread, but then this product does not deserve a new thread.
@Manan:- I have no idea why you raised so many expectations for us.
@satyazma :- For the first time I would agree with you this has got to be the most disappointing upgrade ever. Even worse than HH product upgrades I would say. There is nothing new in the bike, it has got the 180's tail, and suddenly it has become HYPER EDGE, The price quoted was some 73K+.
The red bike seems to have a rear disc.
The dealer has no idea about the specs. No twin sparks nothing.
Terribly disappointed, let the pictures do the talking.

This is not a typical TVS kind of upgrade.
If not in looks, there must be some upgrade in engine specs.

Awful sticker job. TVS has much to learn from Hero Honda...
Is there any hope that the specs might have changed... like say a 0.2 ps increase
