Refreshing new Unicorn! the console looks sweet with the blue backlit!

But really hoped for an engine upgrade..

It does look really good. Rear disc? Is that really necessary for a bike that produces under 20 BHP? They could have saved us some money on that..

                    The bike looks really nice..

But the only thing that I didnt like is the rider footrests.. The same old footrests from Unicorn really looks bad. They should have used the footrest from the CBF Stunner atleast (Thats my opinion)..

Needless to say that Unicorn was a huge success in India since it was launched in 2004.

I was all the while wondering why Honda had not been thinking of launching something new in 150CC segment with features like digital meters and rear discs. The new launch looks absolutely brilliant and price tag. Tempting to get one by trading off my 2005 Unicron

The speedo console is borrowed from the CB 300R which might be launched by Diwali this year....

So, this is meant to be an design refresh for HONDA?

Well, for me old Unicorn looks better than this one.

Addition of rear disc brake, digital console and low price are welcome.

I wouldn't say that the Unicorn has so far been a HUGE Success (in terms of sales). I have definitely seen more Apache's, CBZ Xtreme's and yes Pulsar's on our roads so far... in all cities that I have visited so far.

The presence of Unicorn has been so far been modest on our roads.. it will now be interesting to see if the CB Dazzler can increase its presence.
