Yes, a group photograph was missed, but since it was an evening g2g (with no natural light), I believe that played a major role. However, flash could have used!Originally posted by frankpilli View PostYa really its a lovely evening, but one thing we missed is a group photo of the Mega G2G, which could have been a memento for us.
Nevermind, we all got together and had a gala time. That was really good.

I was a part of Yamaha IBR. As I was one of the winners, I visited AutoExpo 2010 to collect my bike. I clicked as much as I could, but I upload only the good ones here. ^^ was a photographer who was working with us.
Sorry for the delay!

If you look at it closely, this Yamaha Blue R15 has a different vinyl in the side panels

change of plans
Just got back home. I did make it to the expo but inability to source a front tyre for my 220 in time meant the long ride turned out to be a long DRIVE instead. I drove up in a Swift Vdi.
After the expo i took a long winding route down which took me through Jaipur, Agra, Bandwarga, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pondi among other places all in all i was on the road for 20 day

My tickets were sponsored by Yamaha from Mumbai, but out of 2300 kms, 1000 kms (from Mangalore to Mumbai via Pune) journey was done on my ever faithful P200. My rear tyre was totally bald on the way back. I could see the canvas inside, pretty scary!

@awesomeo: I booked a blue r15 on 19th and expected to be delivered by feb1/2... does that mean I'd get one with the newy vinyl graphics?

Yes, those graphics are like the graphics on the R1. Don't know if you get the same.Originally posted by agnivo007 View Post@awesomeo: I booked a blue r15 on 19th and expected to be delivered by feb1/2... does that mean I'd get one with the newy vinyl graphics?Never upgrade without getting your basics RIGHT.

OH my God, I'm finally posting here. I must thank all the Xbhpians who got the stall up & running, it looked Fantastic. It was nice meeting all the Xbhpians at the stall & then a Great evening at the Dhaba. Then on we had an extended evening with Ravi Bhai & Abhishek from Agra giving me company for dinner, there was another person as well, but I'm sorry I don't remember his name. Well nothing much to write about the Expo in such because most of it I COULD NOT see. Let me try & recollect the names of people I met, Ken da, Kunjal, Roger, RX100 7050, Ravi Bhai, Abhishek (we've met before), how can I forget OF sirji, MG, & of course the pleasure of having our own Mod from Bangalore & lot many more. Thank You All. A special THANKS to Kunjal & Rohit for helping me drop my wife back home & getting to the venue, not to forget Ravi Bhai as well, for dropping me back home. I hope I've not forgotten anybody else, if so, then kindly accept my sincere apologies.
CHEERS,

Same here. I've booked Yamaha Blue R15, and I'm expecting delivery in the 1st week of Feb, but I've specifically told the dealership guy, that if it's the new edition of blue R15, then I won't take it.Originally posted by jasmeetsinghchawla View PostYes, those graphics are like the graphics on the R1. I didn't like it. The old blue had much more aggressive styling.
