Besides them, Shivanshu is taking care of the members coming from outstation. Whoever is coming for the Auto Expo from different parts of the country or the world, please get in touch with Shivanshu.

We would like someone to come forward for the 6th.

Yup Mayank, the mail from Rachna Jindal is the confirmation mail which you have to print out and show it at Auto Expo. You may be asked to show some photo ID. Once they check it they will give you a pass.

What other help do you need bro?

please count me in for 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11th dusk to dawn and that's certainly not all folks...

@Ken_cool: da, i m also free from 23/12/2009 till 03/01/2010 so if i can help with the preparations as well then the pleasure would be all mine. over and out

P.S: i have taken leave for all these days so please make sure that i am not left out on any day as we already have a lot of members volunteering for other days

But how we will get to know who are the members Delhi/NCR or from other states, may be this will hep in finalizing the venue depending upon the capacity (no. of members)

A small OT: Dusk to Dawn???? We want you to be there when visitors are pouring in, the security will very well be taken care of by the Organisers. However, I know what you meant, hence just trying to be funny. Peace!

New Delhi auto expo 2010 expected to be largest in the world

The New York Auto show in April, with 1.2 million visitors, comes the closest to matching this record. The third most frequented automobile extravaganza is the Shanghai Auto Show with 600,000 visitors.

In 2009, 30 large auto shows were held around the world. Most of these were in the US, Europe and China. None matched the expected visitors for the 2010 Auto Expo.

The Auto Expo is jointly organised by CII, Siam and the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India.

Two, the 2010 edition holds immense significance for global vehicle manufacturers, since India and China were the fastest to recover from the financial crisis that swept the world last year. Car sales in the domestic market from April-November this year grew 21 per cent, while sales of medium and large trucks and buses in the same period dipped by barely 2.4 per cent. Much of the key markets in the US and Europe are still in the negative and yet to witness a recovery.

hy hi grp...i'm nt very active in xbhp bt i consider this grp as d baap of all biking grps.... i wnt to gt associated with this grp....n if possible i wud love to b thre on xbhp stall in autoexpo.....anyday anytime u say....to help out...so WE cn b successful !

The participants/volunteers would require to present themselves at the stall at 0800 hours and if possible, help us till 2000 hours. They would also require to wear xBhp tees on top of their pullovers. Dress code is casual as you might infer.

6th you can ofcourse get in with your Buisness Pass. So you would be able to visit Auto Expo on 6th for sure bro

@ Ken Sir I will be able to join on 11th as i taken up a off on that day..So plz count me in on 11th and on 9th and 10th i will be with shivanshu taking care of the outstation members.If there is some work on 9th and 10th plz let me know ..
