It was more or less disciplined ride. Some of us actually captured all of the road space making it difficult for other road users to go ahead since we were riding at a very decent speed.

Riding the Monster
Praveer, thanks a ton for giving the Ducati to ride back...
It was a pleasure to meet SunilG(a gentleman biker), Praveer and Priyansh: was a pleasure to ride with the Ducatis and the Bangalore xbhpians made the icing on the cake...
Praveer and Sunil were very patient in answering my Qs about the Ducati and the carnets..
Kanva Dam holds a special place for me, as it was my first G2G spot and the first ride on a Italian exotic..
Now my Ducati impressions:
The 796 is torquey and is viby till 4000rpm, very different from what I had expected, after 4k rpm it smooths out...
Once I crossed 120kmph, its very difficult to sit upright, I had to duck below the tiny windshield and once i crossed 140kmph my legs would just split from the oncoming air..in-spite of me trying my best to stick my thighs to the tank...
I cant say much about the heating issue since the 60kms I rode the monster was on butter smooth highway..
The monster is a very sensible bike for city and touring, as it turns the way you want and can easy digest even normal fuel with any chatter, and the ABS ensures that your lid is on the bike and not on the road...
Only drawbacks being the expensive spares and no wind protection
PS: The video shot by Praveer of the bikes passing on the sides of a Hay-covered road is the best I have seen till now
Hammer the racetrack. Pace yourself on the street.

It was a descent ride yesterday... the pace was descent. I'm sure old timers remember the days when group riding meant street racing and stunting on public roads, it used to be a drag race to the Manesar McDonald's back in 2005-06. I would say new the newbies are relatively well informed today.

Save the Earth - We are the one who are running out of time, as Earth will take it own time to heal but that time may not be enough for us.

It was a awesome experience. Though couldnt ride all the way to gurgaon (had to reach somewhere before 10'O clock).
It was awesome hearing the Ducati Powered bikes in flesh. They looks so gorgeous
.
It was nice coming at a XBHP G2G after ore than a year.Street racing is for Squids trying to make up for their small equipment

It was the perfect morning.
Although i got up quite late and reached dhaba at 8:30, but found everyone there.
Loved being part of such g2g where i got to meet all the old timers.
Saw all the Italian beauties. one word for them. WOW
Although was not impresses the way group rode to gurgaon. Mainly because of few people who were making their own road and there were times when the group occupied the complete road and the normal traffic had hard time navigating through us. And tailgaiting and zigzagging was another thing i hated.
I suppose there were alot of 1st times and few newbies as well and with time they all will learn. The only thing is the zeal to learn should be there.
The meet at Ducati Showroom was also great and talked to the guy at the showroom. he was quite down to earth.
Overall, could't have asked for a better Sunday Morning.
thumps up to the complete team and everyone who is taking the xBhp to new hights.
