Re: Kawasaki H2R revealed at Intermot
The H2 produces 205 hp, while the H2R produces 307 HP!!! Details have just been shared at EICMA!Originally posted by Vignesh vnktrmn View Posthttp://resources1.news.com.au/images...a977145716.jpg
But the scoop says only 210 HP for the street version.
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!
Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

Are you seriously telling me 210hp is not enough for a street bike??? The two bikes are the same save for the tuning which gives the H2R 307hp.
Besides where on earth can you find normal roads capable of handling 210hp at peak speed? At best with the laws of every country in the world in consideration you can maybe use 150 of those 210 horses. This bike is a monster be it in its 210hp or its 307hp avatar.
Love that front fairing design.

Not sure if Autobahn also lets you to use so much power, I have seen instances where there are miles of traffic pile-up on the Autobahn itself. Imagine what will be the state of the poor machine thenOriginally posted by Balgi View PostAre you seriously telling me 210hp is not enough for a street bike??? Re: Kawasaki H2R revealed at Intermot
@ Balgi The hype was generated with a 300+ HP machine and then they release an extremely de-tuned street version. The outgoing Ninja ZX10 had more than 200 HP (Crank). So why this exercise of adding a supercharger which does not add up to much on paper?I know that better acceleration is guaranteed by the supercharger but still would it be justified when the Honda RC 213 V S is rumoured to also have more than 200 horses from its N.A engine. Also you seem to have a D390 where in India can you find the roads where you can safely wring the throttle of even the D390 to the stop????And at best with the laws in our country you can't even take a splendour to its limits!!!! It's best if you don't judge the comment without understanding its context and then post your own conclusions about me telling you anything about the sufficient amount of horsepower a bike should have!!!

Wow....... Bro i was just kidding around. No need to get worked up about it.
Btw a duke 390 has 44bhp (not exactly a super bike) and i can safely take it to its limits on the medchal highway in Hyderabad after 11:30pm. So far i was able to take it up to 162kmph (speedo indicated). Legally in India you're right a splendor's top speed is impossible but out in the western countries the d390 is just a 100mph machine (actually considered slow)
