Phew, took me hours to find this dyno. I was pretty sure i found one easily before buying it. FZ1 definitely beats this, no doubts about that if that's what you'd like to compare lolz..

Thanks , I also tried searching this dyno chart many times but never found it(for comparison only). fz1 puts out a little higher torque and bhp for each rpm

@diehard: i like even the cb1000r in white guess i will never change, not that it looks bad or something. it still looks stunning. the rear alloys are really drool worthy according to me. the cb1000 has sharp edges in its design and it looks very attractive unlike the rather plain design of the fz1

The bike has had it's first run in, changed oil filter, changed engine oil its now running on Honda's very own synthetic oil. Then the usual, chain cleaning and lubrication, coolant fill up and battery charging etc., Wanted to opt for suspension changes, but, I didn't know what exactly I was looking for so skipped. But I will all in good time.

It took approximately 3 and half hours for it to finish, they took at most care at Honda. Very friendly and helpful, they discussed anything technical and were informed. Since, super-bikes are new, it is evident they are still learning, and they do have a lot of catching up to do, if the issues are beyond common and gets more complicated (I.e: cbr1000r abs battery drain error etc.,) Everyone at staff were very helpful and supportive.

Beyond tools, provisions for servicing super-bikes like lifts etc., are not yet available in Coimbatore or even Chennai it seems. Currently the facilities are only availed in two wing worlds Delhi and Mumbai respectively, the expansion is slower than the other manufacturers.

The bike now has no thud or clung noise while slipping into first gear, which is common on many super-bikes. The engine felt hell smooth and the urge to rev harder was satisfied after the first service. Now I feel free to ride the bike and as I've also grown more confident with the bike, still learning lean angles and smooth shifts. It's all in good hand.

Over all, 2.75 lts of oil was used. Got the remaining oil and chain cleaner and lubricant and also premixed coolant as well. The service cost came up to about Rs. 9000/- Including spares, oil, etc., This was my first service at 1000kms. Second and next one is at 6000 kms. Those are about it

                                Some pics from servicing. Cheers
