Nice info
I did not know that HD had adjustable ignition timing
I have converted my Yamaha fz16 to 195cc from 153cc with oversized valves and bigger ports. And also replaced the 26mm Carb with a 32mm one. Compression ratio right now is 11.5:1. No detonation till now. Running in was done with a slightly richer mixture but now it's running slightly lean to prevent excess carbon formation but not too lean that it would cause detonation. Ran it with the stock head and it did not go over 100 as it didn't get sufficient breathing.

All ecu controlled vehicles get timing governed by ecu. To make changes to ECU stock timing i had to buy ecu flasher. I got Dynojet Power vision. They say its the best out there.

Arvind from Bangalore gets himself a hotrod!
Hammer kit was shipped to him by me, and was installed by Kumar ( ex technicians HD)
He specially asked for black highlighted cylinders for Superlow instead of usual aluminium finish.
In well below 1lc he can enjoy a freight train!
Wish him good luck and many happy miles!
The before after
Mr Kaizad Mistry from chennai gets his dose of coke!
That's 7 out if 7 satisfied guys. this time ECU reflashing was done remotely ( with me sitting in NCr and bike in chennai) , but it was royal pain in the side as it had to be done over Screaming eagle pro super tuner. I had very very poor GUI , very complicated menu layout .
Finally did manage to learn .
This Iron is doing great and has already completed first 1000km run in.
Here is the first start video and first feedback

Not even remote troubleshooting , but actually flashin ECU with a new Tune. completely changing what ECU is supposed to be doing with fuel injection and IGN timing
as 1250 has very different Timing and fuel injection requirement from a Factory 883.
I am loving all this Electronic warfare .
I hope someday I can change missile coordinates from PAK airforce --targeting delhi and actually hitting Lahore and not knowing what the hell went wrong.lol

I have followed your threads here and on tbhp with great interest. Quite a feat you've managed to pull off!
Would you know of a similar kit that would fit the Street 750?

I guess its called" get a sportster " .
Hehe. Just kidding. Since street is water cooled , Big bore kits are not available as of yet anywhere.

My one and a half month old Street 750 has started leaking oil again for the third time from the gear shifter linkage to the engine. Service center people have already changed 2 O rings in that area since the last two times. The leak is very small approx 1-2 drops over a 12-14 hour period. Any ideas as to what might be the issue?
Thanks and regards,
Kinshuk
