can any one tell me what modification should i do on the pusar 180 i have already done some work in the head that is (valves) etc my bike touches 135kmh with the stock tire any modifications other than modifing the head and the silencer

no fairings and 2 laks for a sports bike.
exact libero tail piece, small tank.
no mono shocks. i guess the comet is better in mileage and looks.
balius looks like a more powerful and muscular libero.
why dont they market naked sbikes like comet, when the power and the name came to my mind i considered it to b similair to a ninja. but this one really sux............. the hornet is much beteer with its sleek looks...

Heyt infernal incenerator, thanksf for your info. i just read the artcle but it is different from your saying. It clearly says tyhe bike is not planned to come. it also clearly says nothing about 2 lac deposited befre the testing.???? but i am heartbroken for this is the kinfd of prfect bike for us starving people here. why do v have to live onb 100ccc hero hondas for the rest of our lves. come on bajaj make us hapopy and actully launch this bike to india. 180 kph is way to go and must be like real superbike performance. how much is 0-100????? in accelreration

Yes pulsar_queen we all feel heart-broken. Had the Balius been coming, I would have started saving like hell. ( hehe, would sell my right arm to buy this bike, but I need that for throttle . . . maybe a kidney then. LOL )

Actually it was the article that led us to believe so. In his very first paragraph, the writer talks about being ready to buy one. Then talks about the options P-180, Comet and Balius. THIS makes us believe that Balius is an option.

Then please look at page 63 column 2 -> ("As I negotiate traffic, visions of a two-lakh rupee down-payment swim in and out of my mind. Seriously, having emptied my bank account, I'd be . . . "). This further strengthens the impression that he actually bought one.

In the end he says the bike was a test bike from BAL. TEST BIKE ????
It seems that BAL brought this bike to decorate its stands during the expo, and they did not think he was credible enough so they did not let the writer touch this beauty untill he paid them 2 lac. upfront. Tho getting the money back is not mentioned. After he returned the bike back, he would have got his money back.
