As some of you know my other Sportster , I have started design of next generation and First True custom build (commercial) from recently started Dustom performance 1250cc kit
This is going to be India's most badass Modern classic , heavy hitting ,highly engineered machine.
It isn't going to be your run of the mill customs bikes being built in India by people who were denting & painting maruti cars before they decided they should chop some fenders and wrap up some ducktape on motorcycles , or other few of them, the fresh students, who feel like designers after installing off the shelf parts. Guys with poor engineering background have brought in rock bottom re sales to custom build bikes here and misconceptions like custom build bikes are low on reliability.
I have been in this game for quite some time , although only as a hobby for most part of it.Recently I started trading in some of the performance parts for Harleys , that covered the expenses of the hobby. Its time to go ballistic, workshop is already expansion mode with ultra modern equipment and in house machining facility.
So let me Start by telling you something about this Upcoming build.
So this mobike (Iron883) belongs to one of my friends Anshul who works overseas and will be coming here in September.
His bike needed a clutch replacement , So his brother (Varun) came to drop this bike with me . We both hatched a plan and do a complete makeover .
Of course Anshul does not know what is in stores for him when he gets back. This here is present stock bike.

2. Raked Front end 7*( Stock Frame mods). 18000/-
3. Chopped / Lifted and extended steering Neck (stock frame mods) .6000/-
4. 3inch tank lift.800/-
5. Solo saddle with 1to2 inch drop from stock seat height.3000/-
6.Custom semi-extended Foot controls. 27000/-
7.Fickel Series custom handlebars with Internal wiring from my own Dustomperformance.9600/-
8. Front fork length extension. 4500/-
9. Oil cooler - Cryogenic Series -Dustomperformance. 32000/-
10. Garrett Turbo 140Bhp pack for Stock 883 - dustomperformance Speciality.240000/-
11. Custom Exhaust. 6000/-

13. Energy one Extraplate clutch kit with racing spring. 19000/-

Some parts are already on the way, Tire has been ordered and will be with me by months end, Power vision coming in within a week.
Turbo from Garrett official dealer has been ordered , will be here in 2 weeks.
We have to pull it of by mid August , so that we get atleast 15 days of testing before we hand over the bike to a surprised friend.
