Yes it can be Turbocharged ( EFi is same in all Harleys with few more or less sensor inputs) and world has already seen examples of it from Japan , but it is a smallish motrckl and Turbo would look rather big and hang outside the engine . much like (but bigger) stage 3 conical airfilter from HD .Originally posted by Abhishekilke View Post

Street is a nimble and powerful , unusually smooth ,vibe free bike , only thing I don't like is its small size ( a little too small) and stance.

Thank you for answering my questions! I watched a video of a Street 750 turbo and the turbo doesn't look that big, the owner says that he is getting 90 whp with the stage 1. But as you said it was expensive so i guess i won't be doing it.Originally posted by dustom_99 View Post

Street is already pretty good on HP front. 90 with a Turbo is hardly any forced induction. Which says Turbo is being used only to improve breathing at top end .Originally posted by Abhishekilke View Post
At 10psi a street would easily jump 120hp. Which is quite doable since street is water cooled newly designed engine. In sportster which just breaks into 50bhp in stock trim , 10 psi with a wisely chosen Turbo trims gets over 100.
Psi isn't important or let's say not the most important , if you have intake pressure at 20 psi but exhaust side has too much back pressure , that 20 psi will not make it much faster than a engine at 5 psi but much lower exhaust side restrictions. Turbine itself is also a restriction , so there are a thousand things to consider , just plonking a Turbo isn't race craft.

American wheels deserve American craft.
Most people here in India remove dents by heating and hammering and then filling the uneven surface with Putty/ filler/bondo.
Which of course creates perfect surface but only for a little while. Within months , because of different expansion of metal and filler , cracks starts to appear. That's how these fukrs have managed to reduce the value of repainted vehicle here in india. Where as repainted vehicle fetch better value in USA in general.
Proper method is to get dented metal back to shape without heating it. Much like cold forming. That's how it retains expansion coefficient and become as good as new.
From this .. To this. 5 hours of constant beating with love (with leather reducer)
Sanding with a fine grit still left. Then it is as good as new.You're never lost if ya don't care where the road is headedComment

It's been only a few years I have started welding myself. I started with smaw then Mig and finally tig.
I am proud that very few people and even fewer engineers earning 6 figures would actually go down and learn basics of mechanical engineering . ya books and formulas at all fine. On paper everyone can make a rocket craft to travel to mars. Real deal counts on real roads.
