    Finally I have decided to buy ninja 1000 as my finance is ready by now only and thanks for the valuable suggestions by all. At show room we have one pearl black ninja on stock which is from November 2017 lot has the 2018 color scheme. As its sitting 4 months now at showroom I am confused if I should ask for a new one or take this one.Most probably new one will take another two months.

      Get a new one and get the crate opened in front of you it is another satisfaction level which you will have.

          Hi everyone I have been following this discussion from quiet some time and this is my first post on the thread. I have just booked a black Ninja 1000 yesterday @ Aurum Kawasaki. Dealer is claiming 2 months waiting and i have already started marking the days. The decision was final after going through the brilliant review by dkaile kudos to that. I had been trying to get the detailed review on this machine for last 8 months and finally once i read it here every doubt in my mind was cleared. Visited the showroom in January and there it was parked in the corner the bike that would make my dream come true. The only part that i did not understand was if Kawasaki had to launch the bike they should also have had the test ride bike ready. Nonetheless one glance at it and i was all ready to pay the booking. Now the only thing left for me to get my hands on my beast is 58 days.

            Congrats buddy. Ninja 1000 is indeed a fall in love at first sight type of bike. May I ask you if you are taking any loans to buy it?

                Did you consider BOI two wheelers loan? I have seen their ROI(~8.9%) is much lower than the others and with no prepayment penalties.

                    I got my pearl black Ninja delivered last week from kochi show room.Thanks once again for Dhiraj Sir and ashroy_6 for putting up such a detailed review which enabled me to take the decision...Dont know how many times i read through those.Totally a wonderful machine.I was under the impression that faired bikes are difficult to handle but proved totally wrong.Up to now mostly i took her in city traffic and couple of highway rides which all went well.Only during U turns you need to be a little cautious.Just took the bike for registration,will get rid of the sari guard then ready to rock and roll.

                    Dhiraj sir, i have PM you please add me to the whats app group.Mods, i can post my comments only on this thread and other ninja threads are blocked for some reason.

                          The wait was long but finally got my EAGLE ! On 4th july. Chennai to Bangalore ride was as expected... Boring ! As I had to keep my right wrist in control for Engine Run-in period.
                          70% power with KTRC 3 mode till 1000kms made life very difficult too

                                Other than than the change of color around the body work, its difficult to identify the changes ... And So the below

                                1. Side stand Enlarge base
                                2. Frame slider
                                3. Swing arm slider (for paddock stand)
                                4. Front LED indicator bulbs
                                5. Rear LED indicators
                                6. Rear number plate illumination LED bulb
                                7. USB 3.0 charger with voltage display
                                8. Radiator screen guard
                                9. Tank scratch guard and grips
                                10. Hella Horn (yellow pair)
                                11. Relay for LED indicators
                                12. Relay for Horn
                                13. K&N Air filter
                                14. Phone mount
                                15. Decal (1000 - gone !) And Kawasaki On !!

                                All of these done in my own garage by myself over weekends but sadly couldn't make any videos like on YouTube DIY ...
