    Hello Everyone,
    After going through tons of forums, just like crossing seven oceans.. I finally landed on a Concrete Decision... Destination Honda Cbr1000RR Fireblade.

    3yrs Back .. 2007 when I saw launching of Honda Cbr1000RR remake.. I felt that Honda has lost it.. Too Much RaceTrack addicted bike.. Not anymore attractive SBK.

    But few days back, while visiting Auto Mall Exhibition, I saw this princess on the stand. It was jaW-droPping scene.. Digital Silver/Orange Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade.. I just fell in love again..

    Truely said.. its just Pure Awesomeness !!

    Day 1: 5th March: My B'Day.: Casual Visit 2 AutoMall Exhibition

    Was just having check at all stalls, crossed few million dollar cars, and found this Priceless Diamond, aka Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade.


    That moment I can't forget. I just came to know what I'm missing..
    While heading back I thought of this bike again I framed it for my B'day Present...
    On discussing the above thought with family.. it was total Thumbs Down.

    For few days even I was too busy with my work I just forgot this chick

    Day2: March 24 2010: MEN-TO-MEN TALK WITH DAD

    I just said this : "Dad Can I buy a bike...??", again it went for silent war kind situation.. lil bit of discussion.. coz He was too scared to buy another beast (Previously I had Yamaha R1 in 2007 which I sold after riding it for a year).. He finally said "lets sleep its too late.."

    Day 3: March 25 2010: GOT THE GREEN SIGNAL

    I again explained him everything about the simple procedure and safety guide which I went through XBhp: The Art of Safe Riding
    He finally agreed and said Go ahead.
    I just couldn't believe what I heard.. I asked him almost 4times about the confirmation and he took me in front of my MOM and made her witness and said the statement again that You can Go for it..

    Heart beat skipped for a sec.. Just couldn't hold my happiness..

    Started Inquiring about the bike in detail and finally came through a Concrete Procedure for getting this babe..

    Day 4: 27th March 2010: Honda Wing World

    Visited Honda Wing World. Guys, they've got the best staff.. Very Very Friendly, Co-operative and anything you can ever Imagine for Honda.

    They explained me the entire procedure, from booking to delivery. I got assurity that I will not regret after going for CBR1000rr.

    Had a dynamo test of Bike and went hitted 170+kmph... The moment I started my bike.. I believed that there is a kind of relation in between this bike and me...

    Confirmed the bike with them, and requested them to collect the booking the amount by Monday 29th March 2010. So that I can get my SweetHeart by mid of April.


    In between @Fireblah and my XBhpian friends helped me concreting my decision.


    Now guys, I got 2days to decide the colour.
    I'm damn confused about the two sexy, attractive colours options available on this beauty.

    But I believe, XBhpian's will surely help me going for the best one.

    I'm also starting poll in this thread for helping me choose the colour Scheme.

    Booked the Vehicle through Aditya Honda, Vasai .

    05/04/2010
    Started Loan Process through Canara Bank.
    06/04/2010
    Submitted all the concerned documents to Canara Bank. Also spoke with Ankush Bhatia for final pricing of Honda CBR1000rr as they said there will be price increase. But he still have no clue regarding the same. Ankush said that he will call me in 4 working days and confirm the pricing.

    Got call from Bank regarding the documents they require to approve the Loan. WTF??? Started collecting the same from my CA and other sources.


    09/04/2010
    Submitted all concerned documents, but got the Baad NewS!!! Loan Approval will take minimum 15working days... WTFWTFWTFWTF!!!!!!!!

    Another xBhpian on the verge of getting a Superbike at xBhp! It's getting hotter in the forum too, I see! As for the color confusion, my favourite would be the one that's seen in the photograph - digital silver/ orange.

    Congratulations on the Fireblade. I am sure it must be a couple of weeks of sleepless nights hereon. Hold your horses till the mid of April, my friend!

        Here comes another story of a superbiker,Keep them coming , i am lovin' it.Congratulations rohramanish ,Btw about colour i would suggest you to go for your kind of choice because it differ from person to person according to taste .Black is always elegant whereas orange with Silver looks quite Race-Oriented .Well if i have to choose ,i will for for graphite black.

            Without giving a second thought ,thumbs up for Graphte Black ,It looks stunning with golden alloys btw the first pic shows silver with orange but the latter pic seems to be red/silver.Well Red one is looking good than orange.If it is red then its really hard to chose .Both are looking fantastic

                  even though the orange silver combo seems very hot but i would still prefer black. it looks superb with golden alloys.....

                    Although I like dark colors but the second color option is also good, and I seriously mean it.

                        @all: Thanks for showing your care towards xBhpian.

                        We are family.. and i'm surely going to go with poll.
                        Will wait till monday.. and will go for the colour finalised by my family and xbhp family.

                        Will add my family and friends(who are not on xbhp) to the final poll of xbhp.

                        Just cant wait for those 162000 secs from now to finalise my deal with Honda.

                            awesome awesome choice!! any day i would rate this above the R1. Much more practical for our road conditions and not aggressive riding position
