  • There are def advantages to going with CUT sliders.
Not sure how NO CUTS would compromise stability, but most people go for NO CUTS.
And remember, CUT or NO CUT, they are only gonna help with low speed crashes. Just dont go with Metal ones, they tend to dig into the Tarmac and will flip the bike over in case of a crash.
The Delrin material ones, tend to grind and slow the slide.
I think for low speed crashes both will do fine and will protect your frame.
BTW, manufacturers like YAMAHA, sell only NO CUT Frame Sliders.
Check on Suzuki's website if they sell.

    Check out brands like
    T-Rex
    Shogun
    Motovation
    Woodcraft

The cut sliders don't compromise stability and are meant to be installed at a certain point by cutting the fairing because of which the frame/chassis have a better chance to escape damage.

The thought of cutting the fairing is always disturbing but its always better. Besides, it doesnt look too shabby at all after its installed.

worst part is now due to this delay i will only recieve my bike on monday instead of sunday ......
