Looking at your piston pics, the part number says "513M06400" which is of RZ350 as per wiseco catalouge, this means your displacement is well above 150cc, & hence the big bore. I am sure you have installed a new sleeve too. Correct me if i am wrong.Originally posted by SunnyBoi View Postcan you elaborate?
What i intend to use is for a brand new barrel with STD size piston & it is a direct fit, i.e 58mm x 50mm. Will post the pic once i have the piston with me. I will need slight rebore (only) to maintain the clearances recommened by wiseco.

Frank sir, the expansion will not continue forever. It is safe to use wiseco if you maintain the required clearances specified by them.Originally posted by frankpilli View Postu mean the Wiescos expand to some extent after reaching the operating temp & stop? or else if they keep on expanding, sure it'll lead to a major engine seizure.

Drool Maal Continued.........
Ah here it is, the OE "ART" Piston Kit (Pair) 64.25mm. Apparently it belongs to another friend of ours & he got these from UK. Funny thing is, he doesn't even have the bike yet, but spares are ready.Originally posted by karthikdattag View PostWhereas the original ART piston came in +0.25mm & +0.5mm sizes too. So in that case it would be 2nd O/S.

Enjoy!!!!

Doc any idea if banshee rods are a direct fit to Indian RDs? There has been a lot of speculation on this front.Originally posted by yamdoot View PostHey thanks. Yes there is a lot of speculation on this. No the Banshee rods wont fit the RD crank. The big end width is different from what i have gathered. Go for OE Yamaha rods. They are still available.Originally posted by karthikdattag View PostDoc any idea if banshee rods are a direct fit to Indian RDs? There has been a lot of speculation on this front.
