those are the company released oversizes Jokerman. Sam piston kits are availible in 0.25mm and 0.75mm. Just confirmed it

What is the part# for that .25 thing?

0.25 and 0.75 is available only from SAM. there is no part no. U get in local shops

each set means it comes in a pack of piston and rings and wil cost u around 500 to 550 rupees
