The alloys and sprocket hub / mount are from the Duke. The sprocket was fabricated and running the default RD teeth configuration. The swing-arm is custom.

welding aluminium to steel is a bad idea

Not Aluminum. There are several kinds of welding with different metals, Either it be Aluminum, steel, iron, brass etc. Welding with the right metal was what I was saying.

i know , the conti gts rims are aluminium and spokes steel , its a very bad idea to weld them, together , especially in a situation where both the spokes and rim are under stress , even if you somehow manage to weld them together the heat generated during welding will warp the entire assly rendering it useless , besides it will be cheaper and willinvolve a lot less hassle if you just seal the inner dish where the spokes meet with the rim with some high strength silicone sealant and then use it try the foll link Ditch The Tubes and Convert to Tubeless Spoked Wheels

Thanks for the compliment on the looks. I've tried to ensure that she not only looks great, but had sound innards too.

                Engine Work -
                a. Everything from the Crank, Gearbox, Clutch basket and Primary, bearings has been installed new.
                b. The cylinders are currently 2nd OS India HT ones running on Pro-X pistons.
                c. The cylinder heads are unsleeved and were bought from the US way back in 2007. I forgot I even had them and it was a really present surprise to see these lying in the spares.
                d. She's currently running on MZB which is decent if not the best (Think RDD). I will sort this out with the next build that is planned to start with RDD in December.
                e. Went away from the Oil pump and switched to Premix.
                f. All intake and exhaust ports well polished (No removal of material) to gain any minimal improvements in the flow.

                Breaking and Tyre Grip -

Breaking and tyre grips have always been the Achilles heel for the RD and I tried to ensure I can improve them the best way I can. Progressive disc brakes with Pirelli Angel GTs are currently doing a good job on her.

                Intake and Carbs -

                a. The Reed cages and reed valves were bought new from the US and I'm currently running genuine Yamaha reeds.
                b. The TM-30s are working real well right now.
                c. Reed spacers of 6mm have been added to try and reduce any distortions coming in the intake flow.
                d. Added a 350cc powerbox installed on top of large intake manifolds.
                e. Installed two fuel taps to ensure that sufficient fuel is flowing through to the carbs.

                Hydraulic Clutch
I have already felt the RD clutch was heavy and was a pain to ride in bumper to bumper traffic. Now have the clutch setup that can be operated with the little finger.

                Cheers,
                Zohaib

Stunning bro! This is the most equipped RD i have ever seen! Hats off to you! Can you please post some close up pics of the engine? Really liked the paint scheme!
Is that front fender taken from conti gt or is it custom fabricated?
