    But if the bike is in Bangalore and the papers are in order they charge upwards of 45-50k atleast.

Not the old Yezdi but a retro styled modern bike. The design should be instantly recognizable as a Yezdi / Jawa. I'm thinking of buying a cheap bike like a Pulsar classic of UG-1, stripping off the entire bodywork and fabricating a tank, side panels an other bits and pieces to resemble a Roadking or a 350 Twin. What do you think?

    Try alumenum welding if light crack then some lade work

    i have rk95.....
    now need to engine reebuild .......problem is 1st and 4 gear r sleep...running on std piston now need to rebore...
    frnds plz tell me wht parts need to engine rebuild ....
