Yes Yes finaly the Bike is Ready !!!

Now I can proudly say the Enfield Explorer is Restored.

The bike is a stunner this is what the comments I got in the road , I took it for a spin yesterday and my mech has also taken it for a short spin and there was no eye which missed the bike when it crossed the Enfield Showroom and when it was partked to buy some parts for the bike like handle grip etc there were 2 guys who wanted to pose in front of the bike and they clicked pics😊

Now finaly the pics are here : KLEINE BLUE BEAST

Congratulations on the immaculate restoration. One word of advice though. Please be gentle in the break in duration and dont lend the bike to any one. Also make sure to use Shell or Veedol 2t( Use precise amount and mix in petrol) Avoid the Indian Oil, Hp, BP fuel station premix 2t petrol as much as you can and mix the 2t by yourself. Happy and Safe riding.

        Cheers!

I just went through your thread for the first time at the time of completion of your restoration. Great job and a beautiful motorcycle you have reconstructed with your hardwork and patience.

The Explorer is looking gorgeous, even more so if you place the before-after pictures next to each other. And i must say you managed to restore it in a very short time frame, very commendable.

All the best for your future restoration projects!!

            Cheers

Hi friends some update ... Yesterday i took the delivery of the bike at 9:30 pm and took her for a short spin .... the brake was weak, the clutch was not effective and the clutch lever was getting struck and not going back to the orginal position may be because (TVS XL market spare) then i felt the gear lever had a play like u had 10 gears as its been more than a year the bike was driven now thats for the minus coming to plus this the engine was smooth like a refined electric motor😄😃 , the schocks was amazing , and ofcouse a eye magnet... there was a Thurderbird guy who zipped me and braked .... Then he was aweeing 👀 then a old gentle man driving a passion slowed down and asked is it a Explorer with a grin in his chin , his face lit up once he heard me say YES !!... Then lot of people was looking at the Kleine Blue Beast... Then took her back to shed asked kutty(small) guy to adjust the brakes and asked my mech ehy the clutch is like that.. Thats because the wet clutch will have this effect as the and if u drive the bike then it will be alright ......

Impressive!!! Simply impressive work there. I was tied up with exams, still have 2 more to go so could not spare the time to even check this thread, but got some break between, so checked the thread. Trust me I'm totally in awe of this neatly restored machine, just speaks lengths of the perfectionist you are. I'll be back to check your detailed running in write up. Till then, happy n safe riding pal.

Hi friends I had a long break .... Only from xbhp but not from my riding experience with the Keine Blue Beast .... She has performed well as of now only irritating thing is i always fail to engage her drive to the engine in the first go as people who have explorer experiance would know the gears are widely spread so you have to realy movethe feet almost 45 deg to engage the gear having said that its been fun driving it last sunday took her for a spin and she just starts in one kick .... Then i tryed to do the best she cud go touched 65/kmph in GPS and speed showed 70 before a ola cab just braking for no reason
