    Re: Restoring a scrap YAMAHA RXZ

    Good job buddy. Awaiting eagerly for the final output.

    1) How is the condition of engine and other mechanical parts?

    2) Are you fixing some shield over the silencer? could see a couple of weld nuts

    3) Please correct me if I'm wrong. Silver legs were from Pulsar UG2 (or later) and the one fixed in bike is from Pulsar Classic but with BYBRE caliper.
    Have you got the UG2 parts by mistake or something went wrong?

      @ Mr.Boss
      Engine is rebuilt by a yamaha expert mechanic. Complete wiring loom and relevant parts like coil , charger are replaced with new.
      Initially i was thinking to place a metal shield on silencer but it wasan't going with the flow then i dropped this idea.
      I bought this second hand disc brake assembly shown in picture left (silver color), then my mechanic was having some mudguard fitting related issue. He replaced previously bought assembly and used another set of old shock-ups and old hub. Hose pipe , caliper , master cylinder are brand new. And it's working absolutely fine.

                      @jatinarya
                      Once again sorry all , there was some color quality related problem with the bike. It wasn't looking as i wanted.
                      So I cleaned it up completely last night up to 5 am.and repainted it today with the highest quality mrf color again.
                      Tomorrow i'll do sticker job , then clear coat and reassembling .

                      Probably it'll be ready before 8.
                      It's like a small dream project for me that's why i don't want to compromise with anything. lol

                      You'll definitely like it friends. need 3 days more.

                              Wonderful Pradeep, nicely done. What happened to the rear wheel disk brake system that you wanted to install?

                                Pradeep dint know that you wanted a rear disk brake setup.. I was actually thinking of starting a new thread about installation of rear disk setup on RX series. So a brief of your research or your view on it would be very useful.
