Thanks for all the compliments guyz, we may have lots of experience with engines and as ron says the real drool mall is in the engine, but we are still novices with body design so theres still lots to improve on that front, i appreciate all your suggestions. I didnt put up performance figures coz we havent tested it yet, but prior to these mods we were able to accomplish a true 177kmph as i'm sure many of you know. That was on stage 3 porting, stock carbs, static timing CDI and stock silencers. So i think now the expectations are a lot higher and we hope for a topend in excess of 200kmph. I will keep this thread updated with the progress of the bike and new pics when its completed.
killa dude go for the disc setup atleast for front.also r u not going for a front fork conversion(fury)?battery absence hints of the drool digi cdi LOL.cool.

@ Killer : Wont fullfairing add excess weight to your bike??And this is a 350cc aircooled(correct me if wrong), and a air restriction would pull down the performance of the bike drastically!. I think a NAKED RD KILLER is better than FAIRED RD KILLER.Btw i'm still concerned with stability at high speeds! . What have you done to keep your bike stable in high speeds??I'm really curious abt the stability at 160+ speed(since this bike looks really light weight). Are those swingarms strong enogh to handle the hisg speed?I'm really really curious.PLease answer me.
@john_eliminator: a TZ fairing will only boost performance, its not something of my design, TZ fairings are being used even now on aircooled race RD's around the world with great success and they are very lightweight, even with the full fairing the bike will still be much lighter than stock and no they do not restrict airflow...lowering of the bike, hardened suspension and steering dampers has taken care of any high speed stability issues, its rock solid at 160+..the engine has been rubber mounted as well, this cuts out 75% vibrations and adds to stability. A question of swingarm strength does not arise here man, the rd's chassis can handle 200+ speeds, thats what it was built for
@rajnish: yes i will be installing a front disc as mentioned above, i'm looking to keep the stock forks though, i just need to find a large disc
yes thats a TZ fairing, how do u mean its an air restrictor ? air flows in the front and out the sides ...what more are u expecting ?..its quite safe...in fact Joe (Joes garage) here in bangalore has been running the same TZ fairing on his rd350 aircooled drag bike for years now without any problems...does that convince you ?
