Yes that is the problem with sleeving jobs and particularly with 2strokes, but if one cannot spend on new bore which is costly then at least he can give this sleeving job a try, what max will happen is that if sleeving job is not proper then he has to purchase a new block, but who knows if the sleeved bore is done properly his cylinder will become as good as new.

Yeah! It's true that aftermarket sleeve cannot be compared an original bore, but better than some Chinese one. It all depends on the experience and perfection lead by the lathe man. I have tried sleeve in my RX135 once. I didn't find any issue riding it. Sometimes I rode upto 110 kmph on the same sleeve. Again, it depends on the quality of metal and precise carving of ports.

And once I did ride around 530 KM in a day - Delhi to Jaipur, Jaipur to Delhi by the same sleeved RX135. I didn't notice any difference in power. That sleeve was installed by an experienced lathe/mechanic in Allahabad. Once the lathe man did his job, my mechanic himself matched and chamfered all ports before installing that into my RX. That was almost a perfect job. Later, I found an original bore, still riding on that (.75 size).

You can opt for re-sleeve job of the same bore rather than buying some aftermarket stuffs. An experienced lathe guy can do this job meticulously by opening the ports to match to a OEM one. Sheetal and Krishna are some renowned manufactures of sleeve. Sleeve cost would be around INR 600 + lathe guy charges. If ports are matched correctly as per the company specs, there is no harm using sleeved one bore.

And what brand bearings i should use for crankshaft support as the bearing are in a very bad shape.
I saw some pic on internet where yamaha has supplied bearing kit containing all the engine bearings. Is it geniune or fake...i.e. is yamaha supplying such packing...??

If you are going for a rebore you should go for oe crank shaft assembly by this way you can be sure, you can go for aftermarket connecting rod, but then the lathe guy should be good and that's where the troubles start, on bearings part i will say go for oe bearings, as there are lots of fake bearing in the market by the names of SKF and other brands.
