Hi friends I want to ask a question regarding restoration of Shogun . Is It possible to restore Shogun completely ground up and keeping the cost under 70K in 2021 and will it be worth?

Does anyone know if the shogun and ax100 con rod is the same and specs ? Length etc. I found some tkrj conrods but want to make sure it’s accurate before I buy.
