I guess that speed was his avg speed not counting the stops. As he has clearly mentioned in his 1st post that it took him 23 hours and 56 minutes.Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.
