Guys-: Please postpone the trip to Nov 29th and 30th. Thats the only weekend in Nov that I'm available for. Understand kar yaar.

If the dates are not changed then I will have to miss it.

Also isn't there any place where the distance is somewhat same from both cities? Bangy distance is too less to Horsely hills.

Hoping for a postive reply from all members.

Guys, no change of destination this time. This will cause chaos. Prolly another G2G in some other place.

As for dates, just like I said before, there has been some groundwork done by some Chennai folks. Lets not spoil that. However, your dates request shall remain as is. If we manage to get enough requests on that, we will definitely consider that.

Meanwhile... where are you Steve? You were the one who started this!

this is a great ride plan. and horsley hills is a cool destination, but for me having an exam on the 15th of november, i cannot even imagine coming for the ride. plus i've been to that place only 2 weeks ago, so i can just tell u guys that its an amazing location with sooperb roads right till the top of the hill. horsley hills is just another yelagiri, with a much more cleaner environ and very very chilly and misty place with a million dollar view all around. it was exactly 290kms from porur junction, but make sure that u book the rooms with APTDC well in advance as it tends to get flooded with tourists on the weekends, and there arent many other hotels available on the top.

Awesome plan put up guys.But i will be missing out this one for sure.My exams start on Nov7th and ends only on Dec1st

@Veda: I chose Palmaner based on the map. Let me know of an alternate meeting place if you feel appropriate.

horsely hills from blr is more than 160 . to be exact its around 170 180 .

and bangalore guys need not go 2 palamaner , there s another route from chintamani which is shorter.

Palamaner just seems to be in the middle and it would be nice to ride together to horseley hills rather than straightaway meet up at the hills. Good choice I must say, as far as the map tells me.
