    Hooked on the log....
Thanks a lot. Even with all that luggage, the Duke behaved like a gem and the handling was almost undisturbed.

    Cheers,
No. Not much. Because of the Lambda Sensor. But then again its 200cc and most of the juice is in top of the rev range, so a little power loss is expected.

Are that was the best meal of the entire trip, because I had good company with food. Thanks for the correction!

And the whole trip you did solo. EXHILERATING. Some day would like to walk in your shoes or should I say thread in your shoes
Thanks a lot. Duke has a 10 step adjustable rear suspension. I was riding on the softest one.

Thank you. Apart from suspension, if I am to nitpick, I'll say limited luggage carrying capacity and small tank are issues. Nothing other than that. And the riding position is absolutely brilliant, footpegs are rearset so its sporty around corners. Yet your back stays straight, which is great for touring. Better touring ergonomics than my previous touring bike I'd say, the 220 fi.

Well, I knew a couple of Xbhpians were in Ladakh riding the 200NS from MG da, and it was Satyen and Rishav bhaiya. Nice dudes. Had tea with them. They were going to nubra. I would have liked to click better pictures of Duke and NS together in Ladakh but they were going to Nubra while I was coming back, so didn't request them to move their bikes. Good downhill tarmac after riding for hours on bad roads, Duke and I reached Leh sooner than expected.

Next part will be up soon!!
and those 2 200NS would be Satyen Poojary from xBhp only.

Small tank was not an issue, in the Karu-Tandi journey it returned a mileage of 43kmpl. Similar figures for Spangamik as well. But I was carrying 5/6ltrs of fuel almost always.

Stunning pictures. Spent at least 4 secs on each picture to enjoy it. The landscapes are mesmerizing, and words are not enough to describe them.

And kudos to you for riding solo; I can't even imagine myself alone there. Thanks for sharing your experience and the pictures.

Ani did you use regular petrol in your Duke during the trip? Or did you go with the 95RON petrol as suggested by the KTM website?
