I kept thinking sometimes when on the road, was it all worth it. Until I met a New Zealand adventure tourist in his early 70's doing solo all the way from Delhi via Manali. He had tears in his eyes when he recollected the beauty of the mountains he just witnessed. He told me New Zealand has nothing of this magnitude. He was old, had cramps on his feet and suffered breathing problems all the way. All he had was an old map and his courage to do what he dreamnt of. He told me, do what you want to do now. Dont wait for time or tide.
Somewhere after Indore
Covering approximately 4000Kms in 14 days across the Scotching Rajasthan heat and the freezing Sarchu nights. Me, my wife and an old friend did what we thought was impossible. I have tales to tell of so many words, I will try to recollect and publish all I can remember, so one day, some of you who are told, cannot do it can read through my story and say - Nothing is impossible if you want to do it. Sharing some pictures till the Mods approve.
