Safety Gear

And how do you take pictures in this pouring weather man? what precautions do you take? what cam do you use?
Also do you wear leather gloves? who do they handle the rain? i've rode in the rain but never took pictures or rode in gear.. but planning one soon (watch out am gonna challenge you in the food and pictures dept
) so the questions.

This is the specialty of this place. That's the waterfall on the road thru which each and every vehicle has to pass. We took our bikes from corners otherwise there would be dents on our tank or the fibre of R15s would have been ripped off. This time it was humongous. See below image (borrowed from google). This pic is when the waterfall is in its normal force

well just risk ur cam, thats what I did. Took pics with umbrella but the cross winds were making it difficult. Had to constantly wipe it. Carry lots of plastic, soft clothes and preferably tissues / news papers to wipe. My cam is Nikon D5000 with VR 18-55 kit lens

Thanks for the tip about the rain and camera. PMed you regarding the cam.
Am not sure you will get as much variety of food as you do in mumbai. the food is just awesome there. here where ever you go its idly vada sambar except that it tastes different in different places lol so you already win there !
btw was it raining anytime during the ride? no rain pix?
