Bro, there's no politics here. It's just that the initial plan for xBhp official ride was shelved hence people who were in constant touch planned it out, right prat?

There are possibilities of group ride but that's not happening anytime sooner AFAIK.

BTW, Congratulations for a successful ride Prat & team!

If I ask people it will be termed as "playing safe" and if I dont its politics, then I preferred the latter
        Although Ajay answered that

I was unaware things were so serious which later showed on thread. Because if you remember I asked you many times about ride and you told me you already planned . After ride cancellation there was no discussion about a ride and this surprised me. I think lets not discuss this gone past thing now. BTW thats nice that you all had fun.

                              My experience - part 2

                              hi folks,

I am back with my experience. Starting off with the topic, this was literally my first trip with Falcor( though I had been to Karnal, but that should not be counted in a trip...right???). I was pretty much excited about since it was my first trip with Falcor and my friends. I knew it would be tiring for me because I had to join straight after my office. The start was not that good with rain pouring down sudddenly while I was going to pick-up my friend. Met the rest off the group at CISF camp, Ghaziabad at 5 am. Apart from being excited, I was a little over cautious specially because of the unknown terrain and the ill-famed Contigo tyres off CBR.

Finally, the ride started after Prateek giving us basic instructions about the ride like no overspeeding, no overtaking etc. It was a ride through the rains. We reached Gajraula in good time to have our breakfast. The pics have already been shared by Prateek already. After a brief breakfast stop we resumed our ride. The climate got better and better and we said goodbye to rains. We enjoyed thee open highways and things went fine at our own pace. I don't exactly remember the place but we stopped just after a toll for a short break which turned out to be a photography break( the GIF Prateek posted was clicked here). I was not expecting bad roads but then encountered the superb offroading track in Raampur which exhausted us even more. We desparetly needed a break and thats when we took our lunch break. After a brief stop, we resumed our ride and reached the foothills by 5 pm. Though everybody (specially Prateek was elated to see the hills) was happy to see the hills butt I was nervous as well. Since I knew hills can be as dangerous as it could bee fun, on top of that I had a pillion. So iit was a double responsibility. Anyways we started 80 kms climp up the hilll. As expected Prateek exploited the hills leaning and speeding (but in control). By the time we reached our hotel, it was almost 9 pm.

I must say, though it was the first experience for me in hills, I enjoyed it a lot, learnt a lot. Given a choice I would love to ride in the hills every other weekend. Now I understood why the riders die to go to the hills. The bug also has bitten me.

I guess this is enough recipee for now. Would pen down the remainning part later on.
