    @MavericK46, kirosh_03, pranay: Thanks guys

Considering my physical state, doing 560 kms in that roads was great for me not to mention how eager i was to sleep after that even skipping the dinner

@Rossiter: How long did it take for u to clean the A* suit and the R1?

That explains your fitness levels man. You don't burden the bike like i do and have incredible stamina to boot.

Hmmm. Gotta get myself enrolled into a gym asap

@rossi & mithun: What an awesome trip you two had! And an really apt title for such a wonderful ride - "The Spirit Of Brotherhood"..Kudos to both of you, for braving such bad patch of roads, riding for such long distances tired and worn out, and thanks for sharing those lovely pictures and the wonderful text!

At the end it was all worth it, ain't it? Lovely!

Thanks Aryan.. lust towards riding made us do this.. Yes it was a great trip for us especially me

@MavericK46: Not dis encouraging u buddy strange but it happened to me twice ..

R15 is a wonderful tourer.. a good mile muncher and returns a good mileage.. which bike can do all day 100+ without hassles and return 42+ mileage

PS: Santa still is not happy about his head lights he is running 2 60/55 W bulb .. so after we fit in the hids and change the rear tire to some hard component tier we can call it perfect tourer

Now, only if we could get the logistics, as in things like:

                  a) Total distance covered (to and fro).
                  b) Total fuel gulped by the two respective machines.
                  c) Average speed/ top speed/ lowest speed acheived by the two respective machines.
                  d) Last but not the least, the ever looming question - the mileage of both the 'One and the R15.

                  :)

Quite understanable for a person whos was using 130/100w will defently not be happy with 60/55w, i too come under this era i just cannot think of 35w bulb after getting used to 100/90 & 60/55w on both of my bikes.

OK here it goes, My logistics

1.Total Distance 1494+165 = 1659 kms (The Gps was dead for 165 kms)
                      2. My bike drank close to 39 ltrs of petrol
                      3. Average speed/ top speed/ lowest speed acheived by the two respective machines. See the GPS pls, the pic was taken before we moved to our respective home GPS was with me so the top speed is 117 else it would have been some 130.
                      4. Mileage 43 kmpl

It would have been good if u had made it

I am out of action for atleast for next 50 days
