Hah! Ask Sunny. He is himself surprised at the One's fuel efficiency! The Blade comes nowhere even near. 205kms at best and the fuel light would come on!

The best I have managed on the ONE is about 20 at 2000+ mts altitude. Somehow I have got fabulous fuel efficiency on the higher reaches of the Himalayas with pillion, luggage etc...
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

I am not shell shocked as you appear me to be on the R1s economy, Blade was thereabouts if not better. Frankly, cannot remember exact figures from 2 years ago.

these bikes are putting other bikes to shame... R15, P200, P220, ZMA... you gotta drive them carefully to cross the 40kmpl mark

IIRC MG's P220 was giving 20-ish when it was new!!! Either way, looks like these bikes are a lot less burden on Mother Earth than our puny Single-cyl SBKs!!!

Enough economy nonsense in this otherwise lovely thread!!

Now Rossiter, you didn't buy the one to wonder whether its giving more mileage than an A* or not, or droning on below 6000 RPM pinches a few more pennies, or did you?

There were Cameras and speed guns in Bangalore where you are given your pic with the bike along with details on the speed you were riding, the cops name and the fine amount.I guess cops are technically getting advanced.
