Quite often!!
How often do we start believing in our dreams and start walking towards it to and make it a reality?
Well... not that often!!"
Here I was chasing a dream for quite some time. A dream to tour India on a two wheeler. To ride to the southernmost tip of India where the road ends. Where the sun rises in the sea and sets in the sea.
A draft was prepared and the route planned, which looked something like this
Mumbai -> Aurangabad -> Wardha -> Nagpur -> Raipur -> Sambalpur -> Kapilash -> Simlipal -> Chandipur -> Bhubaneswar -> Puri-Konark -> Chilika -> Vizag(Vishakhapatnam)
-> Vijayawada -> Hydrabad -> Rollapudu -> Bangalore -> Yercaud (Salem) -> Madurai -> Rameshwaram -> Kanyakumari -> Thiruvanathpuram -> Thattekad
-> Munnar -> Ooty -> Mysore -> Mangalore -> Shimoga -> Panjim (Goa) -> Mumbai
The places above was what I had intended to do.
Whether I was able to pull it off? How many days? What all challenges faced?
The answer to all these questions and many more will shortly be answered.
Before I end this or would I rather say, before I start this, I would like to thank the whole xbhp community, for giving me wings and the belief that "the earth is round" and I can venture out into the unknown, without fear. I would also like to thank NomaHawk Tourer with whom I learned to fly. Many-many thanks to my family, and friends who were very much supportive in this Pagalpanti (Madness)
Thank you all for your love and support!! The journey was solo but I never felt alone!!Links:
